25 Years of Industrial Excellence
Founded in 1999, Valvula Engineering began as a specialist piping contractor serving the UAE's rapidly growing oil and gas sector. Our founders — a team of seasoned engineers with decades of combined experience — set out with a single goal: to redefine what quality engineering services look like in the region.
Over the following two decades, we expanded our capabilities and geographic reach, establishing ourselves as a leading multi-disciplinary engineering contractor across the Middle East. Today, Valvula operates across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait, with a workforce of over 400 professionals serving clients in oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, and water treatment.

Key Milestones
1999
Company Founded
Valvula Engineering established in Dubai, UAE, as a specialist piping contractor with a team of 12 engineers.
2004
First Major EPC Contract
Awarded first full EPC contract for a gas processing facility in Abu Dhabi, marking our entry into large-scale project delivery.
2008
ISO Certification Achieved
Obtained ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, formalising our commitment to quality and safety management.
2011
Regional Expansion
Opened offices in Saudi Arabia and Oman, extending our regional presence to serve the wider GCC market.
2015
Fabrication Facility Launch
Opened a 15,000 m² fabrication facility in Jebel Ali, enhancing our in-house manufacturing capabilities.
2019
20th Anniversary
Celebrated 20 years of operation with over 350 completed projects and a workforce of 300+ professionals.
2022
Renewable Energy Entry
Expanded service portfolio to include mechanical engineering for solar and green hydrogen projects.
